Another android handset is launched in the market by Gionee at a low price. The Gionee P2 is a wonderful looking handset with a 4Inch capacitive touch screen display. it is a dual SIM handset with a dual standby. As far a performance and speed is concerned it gives a good speed as it is powered by 1.3GHz dual core MediaTek processor. The phone runs on android 4.2 JB giving access to great number of apps and games.
The gionee P2 displays a 5MP rear camera giving pictures that are quite bright, clear and sharp. It also has a front facing camera with a 0.3MP VGA camera. it has a 512MB RAM and internal memory of about 4GB and micro SD slot is also available which is expandable up to 32GB. The battery backup seems to quite good enough. The gionee P2 is overall a good phone. The RAM could have been better making it much more competitive. The gionee P2 is available at a price of around 6500/-
