Sony today introduced their latest member of Z series of smartphone named as “Xperia Z1”. It is a Dust resistance and Waterproof Phablet with 5-inch Triluminos Display with X-Reality for Mobiles offering Full HD 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. Sony has powered the phone with 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor and 2Gb of RAM to carry out all tasks smoothly and to offer lag free multitasking. Running on Android 4.2.2 Jellybean operating system, probably the device will get Android 4.3 update in coming future. As per storage we get 16Gb internal memory with Z1 which can be expanded upto 64Gb using MicroSD Card.
Xperia Z1 comes with an impressive 20.7 Megapixel rear camera powered with Exmos RS sensor capable to record Full HD 1080p video recording. There is also a 2 Megapixel front camera which also record videos in 1080p. As far as connectivity is concerned, Xperia Z1 stands tall with support of 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 820.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 with APT-X, GPS/ GLONASS, MHL and NFC. Sony has powered the phone with 3000mAh battery which is said to be offering over a day battery life. The new Sony Xperia Z1 will be available in Black, White and Purple colors starting September 2013.
