Samsung has launched yet another variant of J2, named ‘Samsung Galaxy J2 Pro‘. This is the second phone launched with ‘Smart Glow‘ after Galaxy J2 (2016) that was launched earlier this month with Smart Glow. Priced at Rs. 9.890, the Pro variant is upgraded in many aspects compared to J2 (2016). The phone is now available via Snapdeal in three color options, including Black, Silver and Gold.
Along with the new Smart Glow notification ring, J2 Pro also comes built-in with Ultra data saving (UDS) by Opera Max, S-Bike mode and Turbo Speed Technology (TST). This TST feature optimizes the operating system and hardware to provide consistent best-in-class performance which in results load the native apps such as camera, gallery, and contacts, etc up to 40% faster compared to devices with double the RAM.
Talking about specifications of Galaxy J2 Pro, it comes with an HD 5 inch Super AMOLED display offering 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions, supports Dual SIM and comes out of the box with Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. Samsung has powered it up with 2GB RAM paired by 1.5 GHz quad-core Spreadtrum SC8830 processor and Mali-400MP2 GPU. We get 16GB internal storage memory with support of MicroSD card up to 32GB for expansion.
With Galaxy J2 Pro, we get an 8 Megapixel rear camera having Auto focus, LED Flash and f/2.2 aperture. There is also a 5 Megapixel front facing camera with f/2.2 aperture for Selfie fans. It is a 4G LTE phone also supporting basic options like 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. The phone is running on 2600mAh battery.
