There have been several smartphones with 6GB RAM earlier. But none of them were from Nokia, a Brand we all trust. After the launch of Nokia 6 last month in China and rumored Nokia 8 prototype confirmation by Qualcomm, finally Nokia P1 surfaced today on web in pictures and specifications.
Nokia is making its comeback to international market with ‘Nokia Pa1’ which is a beast inside powered by the newest Snapdragon 835 processor. That’s not all. It is running on massive 6GB RAM making performance as well as multitasking much faster. As per storage, the phone is said to have built-in 128GB and 256GB storage memory with upto 256GB microSD card support.
Nokia P1 will come out of the box running Android 7.1 Nougat and will have a Ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. As per display, there’s no confirmed info available. Some say, the phone has 5.3 inch 1080p Full HD Sharp IGZO 120Hz display, while somewhere it is mentioned to be featuring 5.5 inch 4K display offering 3840 x 2160 pixels resolution.
Similarly, talking about the camera, some say Nokia P1 will carry 23.3 Megapixel rear camera and 8 Megapixel front facing selfie shooter. While somewhere it is mentioned to be having 22.6 Megapixel primary camera with dual-tone LED Flash, Carl ZEISS optics supporting 4K Video recording. Apart from that, it will be coming with IP55 / IP57 ratings for dust and water resistance.
As per connectivity, Nokia P1 supports 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi 802.11ac (MIMO), Bluetooth 4.2 LE and GPS. It would be running on 3500mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.
As per price, though not confirmed, but it is rumored to be priced at $800 (Rs. 54,400 approximately) for 128GB variant, while 256GB variant will be priced at $950 (Rs. 64500 approximately). It is said to be launched at MWC 2017. We will keep you updated with all information about this, Nokia P1.
