You can do a lot more things using Google Assistant on your Android mobile phones by just saying ‘Hey Google’ or ‘Ok Google’ but there are so many things for which you has to touch your phone. For instance, a small example, Google Assistant can’t open your notifications. And lots more.
So, Google has now launched a new app called ‘Voice Access’ which can do almost every thing on the phone by just your voice commands. It can launch any app, browse to next screen, type in your text, replace any text, launch notifications, etc and etc. It offers you a complete hands-free experience, for Android users, as of now.
After installation, you just need to speak Ok Google and say your command. Dont touch the phone anymore. It will do the rest. While typing any message you can simply say “delete the line” or “undo” and it will start over to type. Once you are done sending message, just say ‘Speak Listening’ and the app will close. Next time, say again “OK Google” to launch.
This new Google Voice Access comes very handy for people with paralysis, tremor, temporary injury, or other reasons. To stop Voice Access, say “Stop listening”. To turn off Voice Access completely, go to Settings > Accessibility > Voice Access, then turn off the switch. It is that simple. You can now download the app from PlayStore for your Android phones or even download the APK file directly from the below link.
