For those who dont know Stock ROMs or Firmwares are those with which the device is launched. Most of the Android users love to Root their devices to get complete access to the system or to become the Administrator of the system so that they can carry out the process which they cannot do without root. And so, they also install Custom Roms because these custom roms comes with lots of new features which is not in the manufacturer’s stock firmware.
Well and good so far. Some people love to carry on with the custom rom while some dont like it and want to revert back to the original firmware, which is called Stock ROM. There could be several reason for reverting back to the custom rom such as they get bored or they dint like the rom after installing or also because some features or hardware stops working with the custom ROM. In such cases, you need to get back to the original stock firmware which can be downloaded from this page if you are using Karbonn Mobiles.
