Archos 40 Cesium is the new Windows Phone revealed with Archos 80 Cesium Tablet. It comes with Windows Phone 8.1 OS. It offers you a 4 inch capacitive display. It is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor, which is quad-core processor for faster performance. For connectivity options, it supports Bluetooth, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, and GPS. This phone will come in Blue, Black and in Yellow colors.
