It comes out of the box running Android 9.0 (Pie) and sports a 6.2 inch Quad HD+ 19.5:9 IGZO LCD 2.5D curved glass display offering 3120 × 1440 pixels resolution with 120Hz refresh rate. Sharp has powered up AQUOS R3 with Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 7nm Mobile Platform accompanied by Adreno 640 GPU.
