The first Smartwatch from the Sony which is powered by the Android Wear is been announced now. Sony Smartwatch 3 SWR50 is the watch which gives you a 1.6 inch TFT LCD display at the resolution of 320 x 320 pixels.
This smartwatch is powered by a 1.2 GHz Quad-core processor. It offers you 512MB of RAM and comes with 4GB internal storage. This smartwatch gives you notifications including messages, calls and more when it is connected over the Bluetooth to the smartphone.
This watch is also IP68 certified which means it can survive under water. The built in microphone get you access to the Google commands like ‘ OK Google’ and also has some sensors built in for using other features, those sensors are Accelerometer, Gyroscope, Compass and GPS. These sensors would also be useful for getting the fitness data which is going to be tracked by users.
Sony Smartwatch 3 comes with Lifelog App which makes you to set up your goals, bookmark the moments which are memorable and let you restore or recollect those memories. Here are the specs for the smartwatch.

Sony promises the battery to last for about 2 Days on a single charge and also gives upto 4 Days standby time. There are two colors for the watch, Black and Sport Lime Color. You can buy the White and Pink straps, it is not yet available but soon will be coming after the launch of the watch. There are no words on the prices and it will be available soon in the end of this year.
