Google Nexus 6 is the next iteration in the Nexus smartphones originally created by Google. There was no rumor relating to the Nexus 6 previously but there were some about Nexus X, a blog post made an announcement of the next generation Nexus device. Google Nexus 6 is now official and this time the handset is manufactured by Motorola.
Taking an overview for the Motorola Google Nexus 6, it is running the latest Android 5.0 operating system. If we remember, the OS was so far known as Android L, but now it is officially revealed as Android Lollipop .The screen size provided is 6 inches and it is a QHD Display with 2560 x 1440 pixels resolution and 496ppi density offering you stunning display output.
So what is it running this powerful and beautiful piece of hardware, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC which is a Quad-core processor with a clockspeed of 2.65Ghz took the initiative for being powering the device.
Nexus 6 is having 13 Megapixel camera on the back and around that camera sensor, there is Dual-Led flash. For the front facing camera it is 2 Megapixel for video calls or for taking selfies. Google Nexus 6 is powered with 3GB of RAM offering you amazing performance with such powerful processor. The device comes with in two different variants of internal storage, i.e. 32GB and 64GB and that is yet to be decided or it could be possible that it will come with both the options.
That’s not all. Along with such powerful specifications, Google has also powered the new Nexus with 3,200mAh non-removable battery that also features Turbo Charging mode allowing you to use the phone upto 5 to 6 hours with just 15 minutes of charging. Nexus 6 can also be a perfect choice for music lovers as it comes with 2 stereo speakers on the front side.
As of now there is no shipping date provided but Nexus 6 will be available for Pre-order from October 29th and two different color options, i.e. Cloud White and Midnight Blue. Now coming to the price, Google has priced the new Nexus 6 at $649 for 32GB SIM-free edition.
