Samsung today officially launched the most awaited Next Galaxy Smartphone, Samsung Galaxy S6 and Galaxy S6 Edge. Both these smartphones are power-house with amazing processing power, great display and camera. In fact, Galaxy S6 Edge first of its kind in the world with Dual Edge Display. This time Samsung has also worked hard on the design part bringing all glass finishing in Galaxy S6 and the two edge displays in S6 Edge. Samsung will start shipping both these new Galaxy Smartphones from April 10th in 20 countries, which will be followed by rest of the world later.
Both the smartphones features an amazing 5.1-inch Quad HD display Super AMOLED display offering 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution with 576ppi Pixel Density from which we get sharper, brighter and crispier picture output. They come out of the box with Android 5.0.2 Lollipop operating system with TouchWiz UX. The phones have complete material design. Another good customization done in this new launch devices is Samsung has removed all the bloatware. You get clean and faster performance with better multitasking.
With Galaxy S6, Samsung has also introduced some new features like built-in Wireless charging. That’s right. It has WPC and PMA wireless charging standards. They have also improved the charging by offering upto 4 hours battery life with just 10 minutes of charging. Samsung has also introduced “Samsung Pay” i.e, MST mobile payments certified by Visa and MasterCard in partnership with several major banks such as American Express, Citi, JPMorgan Chase, US Bank and Bank of America.
