Lava today launched another budget smartphone named ‘Iris X1 Atom’ for just Rs. 4,444/- It will start shipping from next week in three different colors, i.e. Black Silver, Black gold and Silver color. It is a Dual sim phone running on Android 4.4 KitKat operating system which will be soon upgraded to Android 5.0 Lollipop. Sporting a 4 inch touch screen display with 800 × 480 pixels resolution, Iris X1 Atom is powered with 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and 512MB of RAM.
The new Iris X1 Atom comes with internal 4GB storage and can be expanded upto 32GB using microSD card. We also get a 5 Megapixel PureCel camera with LED flash at rear, while the front sports a 0.3 Megapixel VGA camera. Being budget phone, it supports only basic connectivity options including 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth and GPS. Lava has packed the phone with 1750 mAh battery.
