Meizu today introduced two new compact wireless routers as well called Meizu mini and Meizu mini pro, along with Meizu PRO 5 smartphone. Both routers will go on sale very soon in China at the price of 69 yuan for Meizu Mini and 119 yuan for Meizu Mini Pro.
Measuring just 67mm x 23mm in size, both routers have 4-layer double-sided PCB board design packed with durable poly-carbonate material. This packaging also makes it Flame and heat resistant since it is to be connected directly to the power plug. So you dont even have to worry about any power cable.
Talking about the capability, Meizu Mini router comes with MT7628AN (2.4GHz) processor coupled up with 64MB RAM. It has a Blue LED indicator, RJ45 port, WPS button and Reset button as well. The router comes with 802.11n support and FPC antenna that offers strong and wide WiFi connectivity range.
On other hand, Meizu Mini Pro is running on two MT7628AN (2.4GHz) + MT7610E (5GHz) processors along with 64MB RAM. Being superior, it comes with dual-band 802.11ac support that offers upto 433 Mbps speed. There’s also a RJ45 port, WPS key and Reset button with Blue LED indicator like the Meizu Mini.
Since it is too compact that can be carries in our Pockets as well, we have a companion app that lets you configure the router from smartphone, anywhere you go with it. Apart from configuration, the app also lets you check WiFi Status, Reboot or Shutdown the router anytime or you can also set timer for the same.
