LG has started rolling the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for its last year’s flagship, LG G3. It is now available starting Poland today, and will reach other regions and carriers in next few days or weeks, just like LG G4 Marshmallow update was started from Poland back in October.
If you are LG G3 user, do note that this update is not OTA. You will need to Install LG PC Suite and update your phone via computer.
LG G3 was launched with Android 4.4 Kitkat and later got updated to Lollipop 5.1. This was a good gift by LG to G3 users to end the year 2015. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow brings a whole lot of new features and performance improvements to the device.
