Google knows very well how to keep users engaged with their products and services. We already saw the new Gboard Keyboard and now this their own in-app messenger in YouTube app, called ‘Native sharing’. The service is rolled out for selective group of people as of now for testing purpose. And soon will be available for every one. Of course YouTube is trying to keep people engaged with their service instead of leaving YouTube and use any third party messenger to discuss about the videos shared from YouTube.
Named as ‘Native Sharing’ the in-app messenger will make it easier for users to share video with their friends or groups easily and further discuss on the same. They don’t need to leave the app anymore. Take a look at the first screenshot of the messenger.
YouTube Native Sharing will be available only for Mobile app. It also has the heart icon using which people can express their likes. We will bring more information about this in-app messenger as soon as it is revealed to more users.
