Google released their new Messenger app for android, Google Messenger app is actually a chatting system which looks and feels like other featuristic chatting apps available on Play Store but this time Google looked on their core messaging app which is ‘Hangout’ and for messaging it’s kind of little weird looking and slow for messaging comparing with their rival apps, from the users view it’s not much attractive and can’t set the match with other apps, so Google had tested and developed a new version of messaging and Hangout known as Google Messenger which can be used for chatting, sending SMS and MMS, searching for contacts or blocking some contacts.
Google also provides the direct picture or video capturing feature within the app interface so you don’t have to go to the secondary app first and capture your good moments and then upload it, so that makes it simple and Google also adds the voice messaging feature for making it better than previous app and has themes to choose from. The app has better search engine which can collect information like contacts, conversations and files quickly.
The UI is very interactive as the Google designed this app with their latest Android OS material design and the app looks, as if it was developed for that particular OS but people who have their smartphone with Android 4.1 and later versions running can use it too. Although there are better apps for getting features like this and more than this but still its official by Google and it promises that it will develop their app most frequently, so let us give it a try and at the end it will most probably be like the same outcome of their OS.
