Finally the launch event for iPhone 7 is confirmed. Apple announced it for September 7th. The event will take place at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium in San Francisco, California, starting 10 AM PT, i.e. 10:30 PM IST. And is said to be available in markets from September 16th.
There have been so many rumors about iPhone 7 since past six months including its launch date which was earlier said to be held in September 2nd Week which was later rumored to be on September 7th. Anyways, the date is now conformed officially via Apple by releasing the Invitation that says “See you on the 7th“.
Talking about the phone, Apple has not revealed anything, just like every time. What we know is all from rumors. There have been so many leaks and rumors suggesting about 256GB storage memory, bigger battery, 3GB of RAM, Waterproof Body, Dual Cameras which was also confirmed when the iPhone 7 pictures were leaked by a China Supplier.
Combining all those rumors, what we can sum up is iPhone 7will have the same design but will be powered with Apple A10 chip along with 3GB RAM and 32GB, 128GB and 256GB storage variants. It will be coming up with Force Touch Home button and redesigned antenna lines. As rumored, there wont be any 3.5mm headphone jack this time. In the camera department, Apple iPhone 7 is said to be coming with 12 Megapixel Dual-Camera setup.
Apple is also expected to launch two other variants this time, i.e. iPhone 7 Plus and iPhone 7 Pro which will be having upgraded processing unite and Cameras. We will find out more during the launch on September 7th.
