HP has released 4 tablets in the slate series. HP slate 7 extreme has a 7 inch 1280×800 pixels display similar to the slate 7 plus, though its pixels are more. This tablet is processed by 1.8GHz NVIDIA Tegra 4 processor which is a powerful one. It is run by android 4.2 jelly bean which has a great UI and the users can access numerous apps and games once they are connected via Wi-Fi. Connectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n and Bluetooth 3.0 HS (Miracast compatible) are available.
The slate 7 extreme tab has a stylus pen too. It has 1GB RAM and 16GB internal memory. It works more smoothly that the slate 7 plus. This one too has a micro SD slot expandable up to 32 GB. It comes with a 5MP rear camera good for outdoor shots. It also has a front facing 0.3MP camera for video chatting. It comes with a 4100mAh battery that should help the tablet stay on for a day.
HP slate 7 extreme is available in slate silver colour and is priced at $199.99.Currently this tablet is available in US only.
