As you may already know, iPhone doesn’t support Dark Mode. But fortunately, iOS 12 has a smart colour inverter which works similar as the dark mode and does the job for the similar effects. It actually reverses the colours of the display, except for images, media and some apps that use dark colour styles.
Moreover, the iOS colour inverter works pretty well on the Pre-installed iPhone apps and the other apps that support the dark mode feature. Apps that support Dark Mode on iOS include YouTube, Twitter, Facebook Messenger, Slack, and Microsoft Outlook.
Here is how you can turn on the inverter on your iPhone:
- Go to Settings.
- Select General and then go to Accessibility.
