Messenger:
Android 5.0 Lollipop has a new messaging app that ships with the Nexus 6 and it is a part of the Lollipop. Messenger on the Lollipop update is actually a messaging app that is used for simple SMS and MMS. This app is not a replacement for hangouts as hangouts have their own benefits. Hangouts can be used cross platform and also it can used on different devices like the computer, tablets, smartphones for SMS, messaging, voice calling, video chatting etc as it is said by a Google’s spokesperson. Still with the Android 5.0 Lollipop, Nexus 6 will have both the options and each app carrying their own feature.
Device Sharing:
A feature that was introduced as part of jellybean OS on the tablets has been now included on the Nexus 6 as part of the Android 5.0 Lollipop features. Google has enabled the feature known as Guest user mode, which lets your family members use your phone without even getting access to your personal data. The Guest user mode also has more options and also it has screen pinning that will allow guests to look at the only screen as it will be fixed. With this, Google added another feature on the phone that lets users to access the data of their phone by logging in to their account if they don’t have their phone with them.
