Micromax teamed up with Intel to launch its new tablet “Canvas Tab P666”. It is now available for just Rs. 10,999/- online as well as with retailers. Although Micromax is the second largest mobile vendor in India, it has got to be mapping something in its mind to this collaboration. The tab is powered with Intel Clover Trail processor that is actually Intel Atom Z2520 Chipset with a dual-core CPU which is clocked at 1.2GHz. It sports 8-inch WVGA IPS display with a resolution of 1200 x 800p. Apart from powerful processor, it consists of 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage capacity which can further be expanded up to 32GB for extra storage.
With Canvas Tab P666, users also get a 5 Megapixel rear camera with Autofocus and 2 Megapixel front-facing camera. It is a single SIM compatible Tab with connectivity options gearing up 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS/A-GPS, Bluetooth and Micro-USB and OTG support. It has 4400mAh battery capacity which lasts up to 325 hours of standby time.
The tablet comes pre-loaded with apps such as M!live, M!Games, Swift Key,Bookmyshow, Opera Mini Browser and more on this Tab P666, the tablet is available in Black and White colors and weighs about 310g. The tablet is designed with an exquisite Glass finish with metal edges making it more attractive and stylish for the user handling it, if not best it’s a better design from Micromax up till now.
