Xolo has already made its mark with several Powerful smartphones in past. Infact they are the first to introduce Intel processors in smartphones. Today they finally launched their first ever Tablet, the Xolo Tab. After launching a series of new Smartphones it was inevitable that a Tablet was soon on the cards for this new fast growing brand. The Xolo Tab is already online for pre-order and it is expected to hit the market by the end of this week for Rs 13,499.
The manufacturer is running Xolo Tab on Android 4.1.2 JellyBean Operating System. It features an 8.0-inch IPS multi touch display with 1024 x 768 pixels resolution which is quite good for watching HD movies and playing games. The tab is powered with a 1.2 GHz quad-core Snapdragon 200 (MSM8225Q) processor with Adreno 203 GPU. Its 1GB Ram makes it faster in performance with better multitasking. The GPU also makes the device pretty good in HD Gaming. As per storage the device comes with 4GB internal memory which can be extended further upto 32GB using MicroSD Card.
Xolo Tab comes with a 2-megapixel rear camera with 720p HD video recording which supports all the latest features of the android like face detection, auto focus etc and it also has a 0.3-megapixel (VGA) front-facing camera. One of its most important features is its voice calling and 3G facilities which can be activated via a sim card, because of its high configuration (processor and RAM) it is expected to be one the smoothest and quickest Tablets in the markets.
