Many popular developers and partners with Microsoft are already working for making their services and apps compatible with Windows 10. Mozilla is one of them. There is nothing unexpected in this news though, as we know Mozilla has been supporting all Windows OS from the beginning of their release, starting with Windows XP to Windows 8.1 and now also for Windows 10.
Mozilla Foundation has declared that their web browser Mozilla Firefox will support Windows 10.
Firefox web browser will come with a new updated design for the latest Windows as well. Now there have been no updates and declarations by Mozilla, whether it will be a universal app in Windows 10 and will run across multiple devices or no. So most probably it will run on Windows how it has been running since the years, But Firefox browser is sure to get an upgrade in UI and design.
Chad Weiner, product management director at Mozilla revealed:
“The design appears familiar because its goal is to provide a smooth transition for Firefox users on Windows 10. We wanted to make sure that Firefox showed up on Windows 10 as a first-class experience, so we’ve made a lot of subtle tweaks to the look and feel that both sit well in the Windows 10 context and are definitively Firefox. He further continued saying “We’re taking visual cues from style changes appearing in Windows 10 and we’re also reducing the overall browser UI footprint to increase space for viewing the Web.”
The new UI of Mozilla has been publicized and it looks promising and vibrant covering all essential features. The leak clearly indicated that Mozilla Firefox for Windows 10 and sports a superior UI and will also be faster when compared to its older version and will also complement the UI of Windows 10.
