Lenovo today launched the cheapest 4G smartphone in India, known as Lenovo A2010. It will be available from Sept 3rd at the price of just Rs. 4,990/- Just like last couple of smartphones from Lenovo, this will also go via Flash sale on Flipkart. If want to get one, registrations are now open. Being a mid budget 4G smartphone, it comes with mid ranged specifications.
Lenovo A2010 is powered on 1.0 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735M 64-bit processor along with 1GB of RAM and Mali-T720 GPU making it good in the price range. There are many other smartphones with better specifications available at the same price, though. Anyways, It is a Dual SIM phone running on latest Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system and sports a 4.5 inch display with 854 x 480 pixels resolution.
We get a5 Megapixel camera with fixed focus and LED Flash at rear facing, while the front facing carries a 2 Megapixel fixed focus camera. As per storage, Lenovo A2010 comes with 8GB internal memory supporting external memory upto 32GB. Apart from 4G LTE, the device supports 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. It is running on 2000mAh battery.
