ZTE has announced a new smartphone called ‘ZTE Blade A1‘ in China. This would probably the cheapest smartphone with impressive specifications including Fingerprint scanner, 5-inch HD display and 4G connectivity with 13MP camera. The phone is priced at just 599 Yuan, that is approximately $93 USD or Rs. 6,200/- The phone is now up for Pre-order and will be available for December 11th via jd.com in China.
ZTE Blade A1 is running on Android 5.1 Lollipop OS and supports Hybrid Dual (Nano + Nano) Sim cards. The Fingerprint scanner is placed at rear facing like all other smartphones now a days. Coming to its processing power, it is running on 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6735 64-bit processor paired up with 2GB of RAM and Mali-T720 MP2 GPU that also makes the phone better in performance and Gaming. ZTE has also took care of the storage by providing built-in 16GB storage memory that can be further expanded up to 128GB using microSD card.
At such budget price, ZTE Blade A1 also carries a 13 Megapixel primary shooter with f/2.2 aperture and LED Flash. There is also an 8 Megapixel front-facing shooter for Selfie fans. It is a 4G LTE smartphone supporting other standard connectivity options such as 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. All the juice is cominh from a 2800mAh battery.
