RCom has started rolling out its 4G services to CDMA customers in Mumbai, Maharasthra, Delhi and Andhra Pradesh. It will be expanded to Kolkata, Gujarat, Punjab, UP East and West, Odisha, Madhya Pradesh and Bihar very soon. It is now available to customers who have upgraded to 4G, while others can still upgrade to 4G via Reliance Store or official website.
Reliance Communications (Rcom) 4G starts at the price of just Rs. 95 for 1GB data but it comes with only 2 days validity. However, there is also a Rs. 252 plan that offers 1GB data for 28 days. Another is Rs 449 for 2GB 4G data. These plans goes up to Rs. 1349 offering 10GB data with longer validity. These were for Prepaid users. For postpaid customers, RCom offers Rs. 300 for 1GB data which goes up to Rs. 1850 for 10GB data.
That’s not all. The new CDMA users who are upgrading to RCom 4G will get 10GB 4G data, unlimited on-net STD and local calls and 150 minutes of local and STD calls as inaugural offer for 30 days at just Rs 93 or 97 depending on their circle.
So, it is the time to switch to Reliance 4G. Once you upgraded to 4G Sim card, you will need to send a SMS ‘4G <space> 19 digit SIM number’ to 1299, or simply make a call to this number using Old number and then enter the 19-digit sim number of the new card.
