Along with Galaxy J2 (2016), Samsung also launched a new huge Phablet called ‘Galaxy J Max‘. It is not a tablet but a smartphone/phablet with massive 7 inch display. The phone will be available from this month end at the price of Rs. 13,400 that includes a free Bluetooth headphone. The phone will come in Black and Gold color choices and brings Airtel double data offer for 6 months which is worth Rs. 4,500.
The new Samsung Galaxy Max comes with some really impressive specifications. First of all, its huge with 7 inch WXGA TFT display offering 1280 × 800 pixels resolution. Secondly, it is powered by a 4000mAh battery that is claimed to be offering up to 9 hours of continuous usage. The phone comes out of the box with Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system which carries some features like S bike mode and Ultra data saving (UDS) by Opera Max.
Under the hood, Galaxy J Max is running on 1.5 GHz quad-core processor paired up with 1.5GB of RAM and 16GB internal memory supporting microSD card up to 200GB. It is a Dual SIM phone supporting nano sum cards. As per connectivity, it supports 4G VoLTE (Voice Over LTE) along with 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
