Oppo has launched yet another mid ranged phone with 3GB RAM in India priced at Rs. 12990. Packed inside a unibody metal design, the phone lacks Fingerprint sensor while most of the other phones launching today at similar or lower prices have Fingerprint sensors for better security of the device. It is a Dual SIM phone with dedicated slots and a separate microSD slot too. It is running on Android 7.1 Nougat OS with ColorOS 3.1.
The A71 features a 5.2 inch HD IPS display offering 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and is powered by 1.5 GHz octa-core MediaTek MT6750 64-bit processor teamed up with Mali T860 GPU and 3GB of RAM. As per storage we get onboard 16GB storage memory with support of up to 256GB microSD card for expansion.
Under the hood, the phone has a 13 Megapixel primary camera with LED Flash, PDAF and f/2.2 aperture on the rear facing, while on the front we get a 5 Megapixel front-facing shooter with 1.4μm pixel size and f/2.4 aperture for Selfie fans. The phone supports 4G VoLTE along with other basic connectivity options such as WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Oppo has backed up the phone with 3000mAh battery.
