Samsung has revealed the Galaxy Mega 2 which is the successor to the last years Galaxy Mega series. It actually got unveiled in Malaysia and last month it got out for sale before it was officially announced. Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 comes with the latest Android 4.4 KitKat OS out of the box and offers you a 6 inch HD TFT capacitive display with the resolution of 720 x 1280 pixels. Mega 2 is powered by an Exynos SoC at 1.5 GHz clockspeed and it’s a Quad-core processor which is fast and fluid in performance. There is an 8.0 MP camera with LED Flash and a 2.1MP front facing camera for selfies or video chats.
You even get 1.5GB RAM for faster and smoother multitasking and for storing your documents, media etc you get a 16GB internal storage which can be further expanded up to 64GB via microSD card. Samsung Galaxy Mega 2 also comes with 3G HSPA+ network connectivity like the entire galaxy series smartphones. Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 /a/b/g/n 2.4Ghz + 5Ghz Dual Band, Wi-Fi Hotspot, GPS GLONASS and NFC are the other connectivity features that you get with the Galaxy Mega 2. Last but not the least you also get a 2800mAh battery for powering this big phablet.
