Nokia 215 is Microsoft’s budget friendly Internet phone priced approximately Rs. 1,830. There are two variants of Nokia 215, i.e. Single and Dual SIM. Both these phones have 2.8 inch QVGA LCD screen screen offering 320 x 240 pixels resolution. Nokia 2015 is running on Series 30+ operating system and have a single VGA camera at the rear panel. Why, what’s the problem you facing?
Phone is connected in incopatible mode, or something like that.

It does not have any of the above, last two items
User manual says to insert mass storage device into phone and somehow it will pop up in “My Computer” and user can drag and drop. What a waste!
I will be taking my 215 back to the shop and upgrading to a better device.
