LeEco and Coolpad jointly today launched their first ever smartphone under partnership called ‘Cool1‘. Powered with high end specifications, the phone comes with Dual Rear Cameras. Starting at the price of 1099 yuan that is $165 or Rs. 11,000 approximately for lowest variant, Cool1 goes up to 1699 yuan ($255 or Rs. 17,000) for highest variant. It is a Dual SIM smartphone running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with company’s own EUI 5.6 on top of it.
Cool1 features a Full HD 5.5 inch IPS in-cell display with 450nits brightness and 72% NTSC color gamut with 1920 x 1080 pixels resolution. LeEco has powered the phone with Octa-Core Snapdragon 652 processor (Quad 1.8GHz ARM Cortex A72 + Quad 1.2GHz A53 CPUs) and Adreno 510 GPU. As said Cool1 comes in three different variants, i.e. 3GB RAM with 32GB storage, 4GB RAM with 32GB storage/ 4GB LPDDR3 RAM with 64GB (eMMC5.1) storage memory. It also has fingerprint support for better security of the device.
In the camera department, Cool1 comes with Dual 13 Megapixel cameras at rear facing having dual-tone LED flash, f/2.0 aperture and PDAF. You can also record Ultra HD 4K video recording as well as HD 720p slow motion videos at 120fps. There is also an 8 Megapixel front facing camera for Selie fans with f/2.2 aperture and 80-degree wide-angle lens. It is a 4G with VoLTE smartphone along with other standard connectivity features including 3G, WiFi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n (2.4/5 GHz),Bluetooth 4.1, GPS and USB Type C. The phone is powered by 4,060mAh battery having fast charging.
