Panasonic launched its new VoLTE enabled smartphone in Eluga series named “Eluga I5” at affordable price of Rs. 6499. The phone comes with metal body featuring a fingerprint sensor for extra security of the device and information stored on the phone. Just like many other devices, Eluga I5 also supports Dual SIM connectivity with Hybrid slots and is running on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
The phone sports a 5 inch HD 2.5D curved glass display offering 1280 x 720 pixels resolution protected with Asahi Dragon Trail Glass for better durability. Panasonic has powered up the new Eluga I5 with 1.25 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737 64-bit processor accompanied by Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM. Sounds good at the said price. As per storage, we get onboard 16GB storage along with microSD card support up to 128GB for expansion.
Coming to the photography section, Eluga I5 brings us a 13 Megapixel primary shooter with LED flash on the rear, while on the front facing we get a 5 Megapixel camera for Selfies and video calling. As said the phone supports 4G VoLTE along with other options like WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Panasonic has backed up the phone with 2500mAh battery.
