Lava launched its new tablet, Lava QPAD R704 with low-end specs but for a decent price and the tablet display represents its past tablet which was launched earlier this year. The lava QPAD e704 which also has 7-inch capacitive touchscreen and comparatively, the QPAD R704 has 7-inch IPS HD display which is able to give FULL HD videos (1080p) playback support with 1.2GHz Quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 CPU and Adreno 302 GPU. It also has 1GB of RAM to handle heavy apps. The QPAD R7400 runs on Android v4.3 (Jelly Bean) which the company said to be upgradable to Android v4.4 (KitKat) but the date for release is not precise.
Lava QPAD R704 tablet has 2MP rear camera and front-facing VGA camera of 0.3MP for video calls and it has a 3500mAh battery which has a integrated Qualcomm Quick Charge technology for charging faster with 30% increase rate. It also has new features like High Efficiency Video calling(HEVC), Snapdragon Audio, Qualcomm Interference Cancellation and Equalization(Q-ICE) for better sounds and Noise cancellation and signal Optimization.
