Lenovo Tab 2 A8 with 8-inch display and Lenovo Tab 2 A10-70 with 10 display are the two new mid ranged tablets from the company priced at $129 (Rs. 8,000 approx.) and $199 (Rs. 12, 400 approx). Lenovo has powered Tab 2 A8 with 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8161/ MT8735 processor
accompanied by 1GB of RAM. It comes with 8GB and 16GB internal storage memory with support of upto 32GB microSD card. While, Tab 2 A10-70 is powered on 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT8165 / MT8732 processor accompanied by 2GB of RAM and has 16GB internal storage memory with support of 32GB microSD.
A8 comes out of the box with Android 5.0 Lollipop with Dual SIM support while A10-70 is loaded with Android 4.4 KitKat operating system with single standard sim. We get 5 Megapixel rear camera and 2 Megapixel front-facing camera with A8, while A10-70 sports 8 Megapixel auto focus camera at rear and a 5 Megapixel shooter at front. As per connectivity both the tablets support 4G LTE, 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
