Karbonn today introduced a cheaper variant of its flagship Titanium S5 smartphone in form of “Karbonn Titanium S5i. Being a cheaper variant obviously it comes with lower specifications. Titanium S5i comes with a Dual SIM slot and running on Android 4.2 Jellybean OS. It has a 5 inch capacitive touch screen display offering 854 × 480 pixels resolution. Available at the price of Rs. 7,999/- the device is powered with 512MB of RAM and 1 GHz dual-core processor. That is what we can expect from a phablet at such cheaper price range. Titanium S5i also comes with 8 Megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED Flash allowing you to capture high quality pictures and videos. There is also a VGA 0.3 megapixel front facing camera. I dont have exact idea about its internal storage memory but there is an expandable memory slot supporting upto 32GB MicroSD Card. Being a budget device Titanium S5i supports only basic connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth with A2DP, GPS and 3G.
