I have downloaded the software. I installed USB driver for XP as instructed. The window appeared, “Installed the driver for XP successfully”. Then connected the phone. But XP does not have driver for it. The Hardware list shows “ÿellow”- showing driver is not successfully installed. Tried many times. The PC suite opens but cannot list the phone A55HD & does not connect. Any help is welcome.
Are you using Windows XP ? If yes, this driver will not work.. buddy.
