Kourtney was surprised by an extraordinary drive-by surprise from her family and friends, who came by to wish her a happy birthday and leave her some presents. But the celebration may go a step further.

A source spilled some tea to HollywoodLife and said that her ex-husband, Scott Disick, and his 21-year-old girlfriend, Sophia Richie, might come by to complete the birthday celebration.
But the insider pointed out that “it’ll be up to the kids completely.” In other words, Kourtney, like the great mother she is, will let her kids Mason, 10, Penelope, 7, and Reign, 4, decide if they want to throw a little intimate party with their father and his 15 years younger girlfriend.

The Poosh founder recently confirmed that the co-parenting with Scott is going great, and then said: “I think it’s even nice for the kids to get a different change of scenery, get into a different house. They have their own dog over there. It’s just a different vibe in the different houses.”
