Xiaomi Mi 3 will make a comeback in India again during this Diwali. It was temporarily discontinued so that the Xiaomi Redmi 1S could make some space in the market. But this Diwali, Xiaomi Mi 3 will again continue for sale from Flipkart.
According to Manu Jain, Head at the Xiaomi India have commented about the comeback of the phone. He said that the sale for Xiaomi Mi 3 will be a flash sale again as the 95,000 numbers of Mi 3 phones have been sold as a flash sale and that too within six weeks. There is no specific date on the sale to take place and even there is no information on how many numbers of units we might receive.
When we talk about the Xiaomi Redmi 1S, over 2 lakhs registration have been done out of which 1,00,000 numbers of units have been sold and this 30th September will be the date for its 5th sale. First Xiaomi Redmi 1S did sold 40,000 units and in the next week sale it went high up to 60,000 but somehow Flipkart have managed to deliver their products at the right place at the right time.
Xiaomi also has a product known as Redmi Note about which there is no information on when will this product hit the Indian market. There is also news about the Xiaomi Mi 4 and it will be coming soon in India, also it could be before end of this year as said by Hugo Barra, Vice President of Xiaomi Global.
