Xiaomi is now one of the most popular smartphone brands around the globe, all because of their budget yet feature packed and powerful devices. The Company says that they had sold out more than 100 Million phones just by covering a few Asian countries. Infact they also registered their name in Guinness World Record for selling 2.11 million Smartphones in a day.
Now, after the huge success of Xiaomi Mi 4 and mi 4i, the company seems to be ready to introduce few more Xiaomi Smartphones that may include Mi 4S, Mi 5 and Mi 5 Plus. With this launch, Xiaomi is also planning to enter few more countries like US, UK, Germany, Turkey, Russia, Thailand, France and many more with an intention to enter in Bigger Market.
Earlier we have already posted some reports about the upcoming Flagship Mi 5, such as it may come with Fingerprint scanner while another report says Xiaomi may launch Mi 5 and Mi 5 Plus in July. Now let’s find out some more details and other aspects about these devices such as camera, prices, processor, etc.
Display:
MI 5 will feature a 5-inch wide 2k Ultra HD display which will give resolution of 1440 x 2560 pixels and pixel density of 534 ppi pixel. Also it will come with multitouch support and more exciting features.
Touch ID:
There were rumors that Xiaomi MI 4i will come with Touch ID but they proved wrong. Now it is Expected that Mi 5 Will come with Touch ID Display.
Processor:
Xiaomi MI5 will be powered by Latest QUALCOMM Snapdragon 820 or 810 chipset with 64 bit processing and 8 CPU cores (Quad-core 2.2 GHz & quad-core 1.8 GHz). It will offer Ultra HD 4k video streaming.
Camera:
According to report MI5 will feature a 16 Megapixels primary camera and 8 Megapixel secondary camera with additional features like Geo-tagging, touch focus, face/smile detection, panorama, HDR.
Memory:
It is expected MI 5 will come with 16/32/64 GB of internal memory and 4 GB of RAM.
Mobile Gaming:
MI 5 will come with Adreno 530 graphic processor and 4K display which can save your money if you are pallning to buy dedicated Gaming Console. MI5 will able to connect to your dedicated remote control to give you real gaming experience.
Xiaomi Mi5 Release Date:
There were many rumors that Xiaomi will launch MI5 in early 2015 but instead of Xiaomi launched Xiaomi Note 2 and Note pro. But we believe that Xiaomi MI5 and MI4S will launch in Q3, Probably in July. Previously there were rumors that Xiaomi MI5 will launch in March but they all proved wrong.
