Micromax today launched two new smartphones in its mega series called ‘Canvas Mega 4G Q417‘ and ‘Canvas Mega E353‘. The only difference between the two is about RAM and 4G connectivity. The superior one Canvas Mega 4G Q417 is priced at Rs. 10,999 and comes in Gold color. It sports a 5.5 inch HD display with 1280 x 720 pixels resolution and supports Dual SIM cards. Coming out of the box on Android 5.1 Lollipop, it is powered with 3GB RAM as said, coupled up with 1.3 GHz Quad-Core MediaTek MT6735 processor and Mali-T720 GPU.
In terms of photography, Micromax Canvas Mega 4G Q417 comes with a 13 Megapixel auto focus rear camera with LED flash. There is a 5 Megapixel front-facing camera as well for video calling and Selfies. Having 16GB on-board storage memory it supports up to 32GB MicroSD card for expansion. Along with 4G LTE connectivity, the phone also supports 4G LTE / 3G HSPA+, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Micromax has powered on the device with 2500mAh battery.
