LG has launched two new smartphones in its X series lineup, LG X5 and LG X Skin. Both these are mid ranged smartphones with light-weight and sleek design. Priced at 200,000 Korean won, i.e. $175 or Rs. 11,700 approximately, the new LG X5 is a Dual SIM smartphone running on latest Android 6.0 Marshmallow operating system. It features a 5.5 inch HD display offering 1280 x 720 pixels resolution.
LG X5 is powered with 1.3GHz Quad-Core processor paired up with 2GB of RAM offering smoother multitasking and better performance. We get 16GB internal storage memory with the phone that can be expanded up to 32GB using microSD card. For photography fans, the phone carries a 13 Megapixel rear camera with LED Flash and a 5 Megapixel front facing camera for Selfies and video calling.
In terms of connectivity, LG X5 supports 4G LTE with other standard connectivity options including 3G, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS and NFC. The phone is backed up with 2,800mAh battery.
