State Bank of India has released a new application for Android and iOS called ‘State Bank Secure OTP’. Now making INB related transactions became more convenient. There use to be situations when although we are making online transactions on PC but the mobile network is gone on our mobile due to which we wont receive and hence we can’t complete the transactions. Similarly, sometimes we are out of battery and our transaction fails because of the OTP.
Now waiting for OTPs in weak signal not required any more. With this new State Bank Secure OTP app, you have the OTPs every time on your smartphone itself. The app gives you OTP Online as well as Offline. For Online OTP the app used 2G/3G/Wifi. While in the offline mode, it generates OTP without Wi-fi, Mobile network or SIM card. Very convenient i must say.
Once you install the app, you just need to Sign-in one time with your Netbanking Username and Password and then set a 4 digit mPin. Next time, you will be asked for the nPin only, not the user/pass.
