Sony has released its new smartphone called Xperia T3 which is combination of Huawei Ascend P6, Moto G and HTC Desire 816. Design and Packaging:
Design and body built-up of the every Sony phone is just amazing and has potential to drive anyone crazy for its smartphone. Elegant and stylish smartphone tradition is carried on to the new Xperia T3 and it resembles with Sony’s already launched Sony Xperia C. If you are in to a thought that this smartphone has full glassy body like Xperia Z, Z1 and Z2 then you are on wrong impression.
New flagship is intended to target mid-range segment, so Xperia T3 released by Sony has design features like rubbery matte textured on back and sturdy fiber body on the front. Weight of this smartphone is 148g and is quite obvious for any smartphone with huge body design. Sony Xperia T3 is available in same color which was found in Xperia C; blue, black, purple and white body. Sony claims that Xperia T3 is world’s slimmest smartphone ever produced by any smartphone company.
Coming to the body design, front of the device is given with huge display with good bezel space on both the sides of the smartphone. Above the display is housed with earpiece for audio output, sensors for automatic brightness and other features and front camera for personal and official usage. Below the screen space is left blank as Sony has included important buttons like back, home and option buttons on the screen itself. Back of the T3 is given with plastic body with camera and flash on the left top of the back and center space is occupied with branding of Sony and bottom of the back is occupied with loudspeaker and Xperia branding.
Sides of the phone is very slim but still on slim surface of the smartphone Sony has given with all the hardware buttons like round power button and dedicated camera key on one side and volume rocker buttons on other. MicroSD card slot and microUSB slot is also included on the sides of the smartphone which allows you to expand the memory of the smartphone and charging phone and setup connection via USB cable. Top of the smartphone is given with 3.5mm audio jack and secondary microphone pinhole. Design section Xperia T3 is good and we can say Sony has done once again to produce smart design for its smartphone.
Display / Screen:
Sony Xperia T3 has good display feature which is really impressive. Sony is world leader in manufacturing LED and LCD televisions, Sony has its very famous Bravia engine technology which was brought in the smartphones with the release of Sony Xperia Z later on all other high-end smartphones was launched with X-reality and Triluminous display.
Xperia T3 is also given by Bravia engine and X-reality engine display; it has IPS LCD technology which also does well for Sony. IPS technology is best known for producing accurate color reproduction and good viewing angle.
Sony was making of TFT technology for its display but now the trend changed to IPS technology which is really good move by Sony. New flagship of Sony has 5.3-inch with 720p resolution allowing you to have good and long viewing experience on this smartphone.
