Recently there was news on the Microsoft’s Windows Phone that, Microsoft will remove the Nokia Windows Phone Logo and will not use it from the next new devices. My Go is a new British brand which is about to announced its first Windows Phone.
My Go seems to have a new Logo from Microsoft which only says Windows instead of the Windows Phone. So, this seems to be the new Logo or branding for the new devices. In future, for the upcoming smartphones with Windows Phone OS would also have the same branding for those devices too.
As there are some leaks that also suggests that Microsoft is also going to remove the name ‘Nokia’ from its Lumia devices. By looking at the new branding we can say, ‘Microsoft ditched the word ‘Phone’ from the branding that used to be ‘Windows Phone’. There are no comments from Microsoft about the branding change in the new devices.
