  • 1 cup of couscous (variety of your choice).
  • 2 cups of water.
  • 1 teaspoon of salt.
  • Olive oil (optional).
  • Vegetables and/or meats according to your preference (optional).
  • Spices such as turmeric, cumin, black pepper, etc.

Follow these steps to prepare the couscous

  1. Heat the water in a pot until it starts to boil.

Lamb and Couscous

  • 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper.

  • 2 cups of chicken stock.

 Instructions:
